Hello!

I am the Finance Director of Nobina Finland and a member of the management team. In my role, I am responsible for reporting, forecasting, and financial steering of the business together with our finance team. The team includes controllers and payroll professionals, and we work closely with both the business operations and the Group organization.

What I enjoy most about working at Nobina is being close to the business and having a real impact on how it develops. We act as an active business partner, supporting decision-making, tender calculations, investments, and business development together with our operational teams.

During my time at Nobina, the company has grown significantly in Finland. We have expanded from the Helsinki region to Turku and Oulu, completed acquisitions, and continued to strengthen our position in the Finnish public transport market. It has been rewarding to be part of that journey and support the development along the way.

What I value most at Nobina is the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and collaborate across different functions. At the same time, the business continues to evolve, which keeps the work interesting year after year. It is rewarding to see how long-term efforts, strong teamwork, and good ideas turn into tangible business results and help drive the company forward.
