Jannika Hyrkäs

I work as a Bid Manager at Nobina, where I am involved in tender projects and, in addition to bidding activities, participate in various business development and operational improvement initiatives. My role includes a significant amount of financial modelling, analysis, and providing decision-support information for management and stakeholders.

My work is highly collaborative, and I work closely with different teams on a daily basis. What I enjoy most about working at Nobina is the variety of the role, the opportunity to make an impact, and the continuous stream of new challenges. The biggest reason I enjoy working at Nobina is my colleagues. We have many highly skilled professionals here, and the positive work environment motivates me to succeed and continuously develop both professionally and personally.
